Invitation to the Annual General Meeting 2010

Saturday, 6. February, 18:00 PM

We invite you to our Annual General Meeting 2010 on Saturday, 10th April at the Historisches Museum, Saalgasse 19 (near the Roemerberg) in Frankfurt. As the articles of the GIG state a new executive committee and board of directors have to be elected. There also will be a change in the articles of the GIG which has to be approved by the general meeting. We would be very pleased about a numerous appearance. Visitors are welcome to our lectures, entry is free of charge. Please note that the Annual General Meeting will be held in German.

Meet the GIG at the World Money Fair Berlin

From tomorrow on until January 31st Berlin is not only the capital of Germany but also venue of the World Money Fair. On 7.000 square metres of exhibition space friends of coins and medals can find over 50 mints and suppliers of coin production, national and international associations and of course coin dealers with offers from all areas of numismatics. The GIG will also be represented with an own booth.

The GIG study trip 2010 leads us to Rome!

The GIG study trip 2010 will take place on April 20th to 25th. The destination of the journey is the Italian capital Rome and its surrounds. The last visit of the Eternal city by a GIG group took place 19 years ago. Now, much has changed in the meantime and the city helps to beautify. The southern atmosphere and the Roman Dolce Vita are unique impressions of this trip.
